We are seeking a candidate for a Workers’ Compensation Medical Only Claims “Engineer”
We are in Scottsdale at Loop 101 and Via De Ventura, seeking in-office team members for our

Job Responsibilities include:
· Responsible for a claim inventory of approximately 200-250 claims.
· Ensure claims remain medical only and do not incur indemnity costs.
· Work directly with claim adjusters in multiple jurisdictions on management of claims through closure.
· Communicate with medical providers, secure treatment plans, work status updates and work releases as
needed.
· Provide timely updates of claim activity to the employer/client and claims adjuster.
· Work closely with your claim assistant to secure timely medical information.
Skills required:

• 2-3 years minimum experience required in Workers’ Compensation claims management
• Basic knowledge of workers compensation laws and procedures
• Willingness to expand knowledge and grow/move up with-in the company.
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative on required actions to move claims forward.
• Comfort with contacting adjusters and employers to obtain or communicate information when necessary.

This position requires in-office work daily for the first 90 days at our office in Scottsdale;
after this initial training period, we offer the opportunity to potentially work from home 1-
2 days per week.
