Junior Associate Attorney

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is supporting a boutique firm in Carlsbad, CA with their search for a Junior Associate Attorney to join their team. This role will be supporting the firms bankruptcy and collections team, eventually handling civil litigation matters. The role will be hybrid remote and has no billable hour requirements. Newly licensed attorneys are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing various pleadings and motions
• Handling discovery, court appearances, and trial preparation
• Preparing legal research and memorandum to support case strategy

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in CA
• 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation matters
• Legal research experience required
