Junior Assessor

What You will Bring:

Must be capable of communicating clearly with customers and internal staff.

Strong familiarity of Security Frameworks (NIST 800-53 Rev 5 and NIST 800-171)

Strong knowledge of CMMC, FedRAMP and Cloud Computing.

Must have the ability to perform NIST, CMMC and FedRAMP audits to include review and audit of all audit specific documentation to include SSP and RAR.

Must have the ability to complete all required audit reports to include the SAP and SAR audit planning and reporting documents.

Strong written and oral communication skills to write audit reports on their assessments to communicate identified security risks to customer management and IT personnel.

Must hold CISSP or CISA, or CISM or equivalent certification or be able to achieve the certification within 6 months of hire.

3-5 years of years of experience (including school and/or military)

BS or BA or military experience

Requirements:

US citizenship required.

Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) or equivalent military experience with a focus on information security.

Interest in pursuing or currently holding CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent certification.

No prior professional experience required; this is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals transitioning from military service.

Competitive Salary. $60,000 – 68,000 depending on qualifications.

Location: US based employee, but most work is done remotely. Prefer candidates to be located in the DC, MD, & VA area.
