In this role you will work closely with Creative Directors to ensure that the team's creative efforts are efficient and impactful. You will work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategy and Client Services to help creative visual design initiatives for our clients ranging from TV commercials, digital campaign and print advertisements. Work with senior team members to develop creative and innovative concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Work with creative, art, copywriting, and production department heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts and to coordinate creative activities.
- Create layouts, presentation templates with some oversight, explore typographic, photographic and color treatments for brands.
- Under senior team members, design concepts, storyboards and layouts to support creative ideas for clients
- Contributes to the development of creative concepts through participation through brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an agency
- Strong conceptual thinker
- Excellent communication skills – ability to interact with team and clients
- Must be team oriented
- Deadline driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
- Must have experience with TV, Digital, Print, POS, Promotions and Design.
- Must have worked with Mac OS, Adobe CCS.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Compensation Range: $51,000-$75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
