We are looking for a Junior Accounting Consultant who:

• Participates in all aspects of the implementation solution from the analysis of business requirements to the configuration of applications to meet the customer’s needs, and the configuration of the standard functionalities of the solutions.
• Collects and prepares the information to be use in the meetings with the teams and/or customers.
• Support with the plan developing that aligns with customers' goals and objectives.
• Support in the operational processes analysis and in the determination of the gap between the client's requirements/specifications and the standard functionalities of the proposed solutions.
• Supports in the solutions configuration, includes but is not limited to: defining roles and authorizations, creating users and assigning the roles, and defining process and adapt workflows.
• Collaborates with project leaders and the implementation team to ensure understanding of the set-up requirements, business-aligned objectives, and obtains a complete understanding of the current business processes.
• Participate of the clients training in how to use the new solution.
• Supports the customer with the transition to the new system.
• Stays up to date on the technologies that the company uses and sells, and on the current trends of the different industries to which it provides services.

Job requirements…

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of Accounting Full Cycle.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in Microsoft Projects, preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Excellent communications skills.
• Customer services skills.
• Problem solving ability.
