SalaryThe Junior Accountant helps support the day to day activities of the Accounting Department in our Reston, Virginia office.
Accounting responsibilities include:
Accounts Receivable – support customer billing and application of payments received, respond to inquiries and assist in management of customer accounts, as required.
Accounts Payable – support entry of vendor invoices, coding, classification and approval as well as assist in the AP payment process; respond to inquiries and assist in management of vendor accounts, as required.
Corporate Credit Cards – assist in recordkeeping of all charges of corporate credit cards to include download, coding, classification, matching and collection of receipts for all employee card holders. General Ledger Reconciliations – as assigned.
This position requires an accounting/finance agree and 0-2 years experience.
