Your Mission:
- Act as the primary contact for all matters concerning customer account management.
- Forge and uphold strong, enduring client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts effectively to boost profitability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Guarantee the prompt and successful delivery of our solutions tailored to customer objectives.
- Communicate clearly the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business within existing accounts to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, including sales results and forecasts.
- Craft detailed reports on account status.
- Work in tandem with the sales team to discover and enhance opportunities within your territory.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in Account Management or a related field.
- Proven capability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels, including executive/C-level.
- Track record of developing client-focused solutions.
- Exceptional multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong aptitude for listening, negotiating, and presenting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
