Job Description
SUMMARY: A Junior Treasury Solutions Officer (JTSO) is responsible for providing a high-quality customer on-boarding experience and supports client implementations. The JTSO provides support and ongoing account maintenance as well as assists with Fintech partnership integrations to ensure exceptional customer experience in the Treasury Solutions client portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
  • Maintain a high-level understating and ability to navigate across the bank's internal and customer facing systems.
  • Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of TS products, processes, and technologies.
  • Adheres to Service Level Agreements to fulfill stakeholder expectations.
  • Works in partnership with analysts to manage queue and establish prioritizations to ensure efficiency and speed of execution.
  • Mines internal data to identify service needs requiring in-depth knowledge of banking and treasury products and services.
  • Identifies areas to improve speed and efficiencies of client implementations and experience.
  • Takes ownership to help coordinate efforts with appropriate partners with tasks such as client service inquiries, billing, Fintech integrations and support requests as it relates to Treasury Solutions products.
  • Is aware of the direct bottom line impact fast tracking product implementation and positively influencing customer satisfaction by delivering a superior onboarding experience impacts speed to revenue.
  • Develops account plans for clients/prospects within assigned client group to identify key retention and cross-selling, identifying, and evaluating solutions.
  • Coordinates and directs Treasury Solutions for clients to include development of new treasury business, expansion of existing business relationships through cross sell and maintaining current client relationships.
  • Demonstrates presentation (written and oral) advisory skills.
  • Leads risk assessment associated with potential solutions.
  • Partners closely with client-facing teammates to cross sell and consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client.
  • Maintains daily client contact through both independent and joint calling activities.
  • Plays a key role in the end to end client implementation and accountable for running the Treasury Product onboarding experience.
  • Builds partnerships and collaborates across teams to achieve sustainable results. Demonstrates and encourages collaboration and teamwork.
  • Works with manager as an advisor to more complex deals.
  • Creates product and pricing proposals for prospective and existing clients.
  • Comfortable working with customers on password resets/unlocks and basic training needs.
  • Participates in Special Projects as needed.
  • Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
  • Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
  • Identifies and reports suspicious activity.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience required.
EXPERIENCE
  • At least 1 - 3 years of demonstrated success treasury/industry knowledge, demonstrating desire and readiness to perform sales to Retail / Business Banking, Commercial, and Middle Market Clients required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Proven track record of excellent communication and presentation skills and strong organization and time management skills. Must also be able to demonstrate sales readiness and treasury knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of nCino system and ownership of documentation processing.
  • Ability to convey technical information in a way that is easy for others to understand.
