    You must have prior success selling complex B2B technology, system integrations, or conceptual services. Ideally, you have experience calling the business owners, or Director level managers with offerings in the engineered building systems, or technology products directly to end users in commercial & institutional accounts.


    You are a master at cultivating relationships where you are viewed as valued partner, not a vendor. You are masterful a leveraging these relationships for introductions to your customers network and evangelizing your professional services that grow existing accounts.

    You can grow an existing account both in revenue, product mix and expand customer relationships. You thrive in a competitive marketplace. It is critical for you to work for an organization of high integrity, and who will support your account management efforts. You are comfortable following a proven sales process.


    You are skilled at working with decision makers and asking them the right questions to uncover compelling reasons for them to buy and you to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You ask enough questions to go beyond mere surface pain from the account and dig deep to ask the tough questions that close deals.


    You are a producer but recognize that you are part of a team of professionals who collaborate to bring the best solutions to your prospects. You are great at gathering business intelligence in the market that can help yourself, and the team leverage the information. You are comfortable using a CRM to build a pipeline.


    You are a sales professional who must work at an organization that treats the sales team with respect, values and their efforts. Our company culture is important to us. We value our employees.

You must be able to work independently, and collaborate with a team of other professionals who deliver value to our customers.     You are comfortable with a variable comp plan that will get you to six figures, if they are willing to earn it. You must have total prior earnings of $70,000 in variable comp plan but are willing to do the work to get to $90,000 quickly.

    • Authorization to work in the US
    • A valid driver's license, can drive a company vehicle, and be insurable under fleet policy
    • Be able to pass a background screening and drug test (including marijuana) as our Security License with the State of Michigan requires thorough background checks and places certain restrictions on hiring.
    • Be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with team members and/or other clients.
    • The ability to work independently on multiple issues.
    • Be able to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
    • Manual dexterity for reaching, climbing, and lifting of small to large objects, and operating construction equipment.
    • Basic technical knowledge of networks, IT infrastructure, electrical theory, software interfaces, and the ability to understand blueprints
    • Some experience with low-voltage electricity
    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
