Jr. Sales Representative- Dallas/East Texas

Serendipity Wines is in search of a Jr. Sales Rep. for the Dallas/ East Texas, area to call on a mixed account route. This person will be responsible for performing merchandising and delivery activities for assigned stores, and will maintain displays as well as stock products as needed.

Essential Duties:

• Stock incoming orders to the designated locations as set by the store or sales rep
• Fill and rotate all product in the cold box so that the new bottles are in the back and the current(cold) bottles are in the front
• Maintain all case stacks and displays and keep them presentable to the customer
• Works the back stock out to the shelf and keeps the shelves completely stocked
• Obtain enough knowledge on the products to hand sell while in the account
• Perform sales support functions to include the oversight of the shelf space, consistent communication with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer preferences and or out of stock inventory concerns/situations encountered during business hours
• Stay knowledgeable of business/market conditions, recognize new opportunities within each account and support the Sales Representative's visibility and market saturation in the account
• Perform other work related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 Year experience in similar role
• Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of state vehicle registration and insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
• Lift and carry 45+ pound case of product on a repetitive basis
• Must be 21 years of age
• Exceptional Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Must obtain/have a working cellular phone
• Must have Valid Drivers License

Compensation

• $21 to $24 an hour depending on experience
• Commissioned Sales
• $75 month cell phone reimbursement under your own plan
