Plunge is Hiring a Jr. Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Track changes to product scope, timeline, and requirements.
• Clearly communicate internal and external deliverables to the in-house engineering team and our global design and manufacturing partners.
• Track timelines (expected vs. actual) to identify risk, timeline slips, and mitigation options when there are issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting agendas and outcomes, action item trackers, and risk registers.
• Assist with prototype builds by tracking ordering, receipt, and organization of materials and tools.
• Order and track receipt of tooling, equipment, and samples for the engineering team.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification is preferred but not essential.
• Proven work experience (2-5 years) in project management
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle phases.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Mandarin-speaking for communication with overseas partners is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Work with the vendors/suppliers in different time zones and attend meetings outside of normal working hours a few times per week.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of project management
