Lima One Capital has an exciting opportunity for a Jr. Processor to join our mortgage operations team. This role will focus on administrative tasks that support the progression of mortgage loans from sales to the Loan Processors. The Jr. Processor must possess excellent communication skills and be detail oriented. Mortgage industry experience is not required; we believe in hiring great people and training them in industry specifics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review of submission checklist
- Setup/Onboarding of loan
- Order third party services
- Complete file reviewData entry into Loan Operating System (LOS) with proficiency and minimal typing errors.
- Communicates effectively with internal staff
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
