We are looking for a Jr. HR/Talent Acquisition. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity in Irvine, CA (Onsite).
Qualifications:
- Must have at a bachelor's degree
- 1+ year experience working for a staffing agency or large corporation handling recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
- Able to assist with developing SOP’s (standard operating procedures).
- Able to assist and work with agencies.
- Handle offboarding and onboarding.
- Give advice and suggestions on how to make things move smoother.
- Able to work in a very busy and unstructured environment.
- Able to work independently as well as a team.
- Not afraid to approach managers.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
Pay Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $20/hour to $25/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
