THE ROLE

As the Junior Digital Designer, you will report into the Digital Experience Manager. You will be responsible for creating and communicating the visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our customers. You’ll work cross functionally with our CRM, Creative, Marketing & Wholesale team to support our online presence.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Design and create on-brand digital creative including but not limited to email campaigns, paid media ads, website content
• Mock-up and resize content on the website including but not limited to homepages, landing pages, product pages, checkout pages, and the navigation
• Work alongside the Creative team to help define, maintain visual brand identity
• You will ensure consistency in post-production images and videos for online use
• Supply images to internal and external stakeholders in timely manner
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Manage and organize all media assets delivered from Creative Team each season
• Collaborate regularly with the team on brand strategy and projects

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• A sincere passion for digital design and brand building
• Have a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for impactful aesthetic
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills
• Team player, must be comfortable and gracious working with internal and external teams
• Ability to take initiative on elevating projects
• Demonstrate dependability, be thorough in work execution
• Ability to meet varying deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Portfolio demonstrating a range in design, techniques and skills
• Highly organized with a knack for project management
• Must be available to work on-site in the NYC office for a minimum of two days a week, with additional days as needed

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• Strong sense of creativity and execution for templates, presentations, email builds
• Animation skills; After Effects or similar programs required
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Indesign, Lightroom
• Proficient in ERP systems such as Figma or sketch
• Proficient in Task Management systems such as Trello, Asana, Air Table

Pay Range in New York, NY:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Base Salary:
$26.00/hr - $28.00/hr
