Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for various systems, including Live Vox, NCA Portal CRM, Freshdesk, and Nortridge.
- Handle ticket resolution, break/fix/outage support, basic system admin tasks, and troubleshooting.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and fulfill data requests.
- Support the team in mission-critical reporting tasks and analysis projects.
- Utilize tools like Visio, ARIS, and Lucid Chart for process modeling and analysis.
- Manage requirements and tickets using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Freshdesk, and Trello.
- Possess general knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with agile methodology (KANBAN, SCRUM), iterative development, LEAN, six sigma, and software development lifecycles.
- Knowledge of R or Python is highly valuable.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, Power Bi, Visio, JIRA/Trello, and Freshdesk.
- Preferred: Knowledge of R, Python.
- Basic understanding/interest in software, data, process improvement, consumer finance, and contact center operations.
- Strong problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
