```Duties```
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with PROJECT MANAGER, DAILY
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform DRAIN CLEANING, HYDRO JETTING, VIDEO INSPECTIONS, LEAK DETECTIONS, AND ANY ADDITONAL PIPE REPAIRS AND INSTALLATIONS.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventive maintenance measures
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyperson Plumber
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience in residential and commercial plumbing projects, including, remodeling, and repairs
- REQUIRED OWN TRUCK OR VAN, WITH BASIC PLUMBING HAND TOOLS,
