Journeyman Plumber

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. As a Journeyperson Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in various plumbing techniques and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local plumbing codes
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances
- Test plumbing systems for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters and HVAC technicians to complete projects
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure their functionality and longevity
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyperson Plumber license
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commercial driving experience is a plus

Pay: $30.94 - $37.26 per hour
