Journeyman Meat Cutter

Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Package and label meat products for display and sale
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with meat cutting techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to handle knives and other cutting tools safely

Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in a culinary or food production setting
- Proficient in using knives and other meat cutting tools
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills to assist customers with their meat selection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
