Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and residential settings
- Perform electrical inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Supervise and train apprentices and other electricians on the job site
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate electrical installations with other trades
Qualifications:
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or equivalent certification
- Fire Alarm ServicesExperience Preferred
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Electrician in commercial or residential settings
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or HeavyBid
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and project management principles
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols in the construction industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
