Requirements
Responsibilities: As a teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding our students on their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans.
- Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
- Creating a positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes a love for learning.
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to students to support their growth.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and the community.
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A bachelor's degree in education or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- New York State teaching certification for the relevant grade level(s) and subject area(s).
- Strong classroom management skills and a student-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
