Job Site Lead

Experience as a HVAC Job Site Lead/Foreman/Supervisor/Superintendent on resident construction

Responsibilities:

-Effectively communicate with our customers

-Key communication point for their job with Director of Field Operations!
- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Experience with managing customers.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and with our standards
- Monitor progress and quality of work

-Reading and interpreting schematic
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including photos, uploading on provided system, and progress reports to Director of Field Operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of HVAC start up procedures and troubleshooting

- Understands equipment installation and operations manuals

-Organized

-Qualified in HVAC

-Qualified in Plumbing

-Okay on Roof & in Attic settings

-Valid driver's license (required)

This team is doing HVAC installs, hybrid water heater installs & insulation installs!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.29 - $24.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
