Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall Job File from initial call to final payment
- Monitor Job File status
- Monitor crews to ensure all necessary information is gathered timely
- Perform file data transfers as needed
- Create preliminary estimates
- Ensure all file audits are completed when needed
- Discuss file status with customers and insurance persons as needed
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and file management systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using internet, Microsoft apps, and learning our file management system
- Experience working as a file clerk or in a similar administrative role

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
