Job Description:
As a Job File Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in our mission by serving as a liaison between our customers and our team. You'll be responsible for understanding project requirements, ensuring clear communication, and organizing project tasks to support successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholders, maintaining clear and efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide daily oversight of projects, monitoring status, conducting audits, and managing work-in-progress to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize estimating software to create preliminary project estimates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
- Review and validate job site documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from initiation to closure.
- Assist and collaborate with other departments as needed to support overall project success.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or office-related roles.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications, with the ability to learn new software as needed.
