Boutique Architecture and Interior Design firm is looking for a Job Captain with strong technical experience to support a large scale, high end project for a 6 month contract.
Schedule:
OFFICE HOURS: 9:00am - 6:00pm with 1 hour lunch
HYBRID SCHEDULE: 4 days a week in the office 1 day work from home
Firm is seeking an Intermediate Architect for a 15,000 square foot historic property in Texas.
The project includes a main house, a guest house, and a pool house. It is currently in CD phase, and the client wants the main house to be finished by December 2025.
The firm has a modern design aesthetic.
Candidate will be responsible for producing Construction Documents for the interior and exteriors of the houses.
The candidate will work alongside the Project Manager who is leading the technical drawings and several junior architect
