About the Jewelry Specialist position:

• This full-time, salaried position serves as an ambassador for our mission while guiding our customers to their perfect jewelry product. 
• You will provide first-class customer care and help convert retail and online leads into sales. 
• This role has great growth potential for the right people!

The ideal candidate:

• Has a fully-developed sales style that includes exemplary closing stats (3+ years related work experience)
• Is skilled at developing detailed product knowledge and building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets for jewelry, luxury or innovative products.
• Has a knack for customer engagement, active listening, conflict management, and issue resolution.
• Wants to be a part of a team. Coachable, sociable, responsible, goal-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about selling.
• Is happy to work on Saturdays and/or, potentially, Sundays.
• Can adhere to a smart-casual, chic dress code.
• Has a passion for giving back and making the world a better place.
