Jewelry Sales Associate

Join our team as a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate and be part of an exciting and rewarding small family owned business serving Portland for the last 25 years.

Duties:

• Positive , Enthusiastic Attitude
• Able to communicate clearly with co-workers, customers, jewelers.
• Detail oriented.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Must be Presentable and have reliable transportation.
• Be able to price jewelry going out for sale ( we provide formulas).
• Be able to accurately order jewelry, mountings and findings for 2 locations.
• Be willing to learn how to pull in inventory from our POS system ( will teach)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Jewelry Sales or a similar retail environment preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of different types of jewelry and gemstones
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take a project from start to finish and be able to maintain arcuate accounting of costs and time .
