Jewelry Preview Specialist

As a Ritani Jewelry Preview Specialist, you define the Ritani vision of retail’s next generation of customer service. The Specialist role is designed to create an exceptional service for our online customers by transforming their virtual Ritani shopping experience into an elevated in-person viewing of their diamond jewelry purchase at a designated location near you.

Core Objectives:

- Optimize training and technology resources to deliver on results

- Elevate product presentation through vivid communication and small details that make a large impact through the eyes of the customer

- Open and honest communication & collaboration within organization and store team members to ensure a seamless, enjoyable, and productive work experience

- Build a memorable experience and lasting relationship through the customer’s life journey

- Keep it safe, championing asset and inventory control and compliance procedure

Your Responsibilities:

• When order for your assigned area is placed, introduce yourself to the client and allow time for a fluid Q & A session to establish expectations of the consultation for both of you.
• Reach out to the customer to let them know the order has arrived and to schedule an appointment for a preview at the selected WeWork or Regus shared office space location.
• Meet with the client promptly at the selected shared office space location for the order preview.
• Ensure clear communication with our Ritani experts- Gemologists, Design Team, Customer Service Team, Repair Department, if needed.
• Be responsible for the follow up communication. Make yourself available for the future order deliveries.
