Our diamonds have been hand selected by owner Monte Moore, Master Jeweler and accredited gemologist, and imported from the diamond buying capital of the world, Antwerp, Belgium. We are known best for our attention to detail and excellent service to everyone who walks through our doors. In addition to fine jewelry and diamonds, we offer watch and jewelry repair services.

Jewelry Associate

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces
- Demonstrate knowledge of different types of jewelry and their features
- Assist customers with jewelry selection, sizing, and customization options
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

Skills:

- Strong retail math skills to accurately calculate prices, discounts, and sales tax
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change to customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in wireless sales, retail sales, or technical sales is a plus
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Proficient in technology sales, including knowledge of mobile devices and accessories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle delicate jewelry pieces with care

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
