Summary: Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ø Clears blocked plumbing lines in commercial and residential buildings using the jetting machine.
Ø Provide drain cleaning services for overhead pipes, restaurant floor drains, roof clean-outs.
Ø Operates special camera to view and mark clogs in pipes and lines.
Ø Studies building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of plumbing work. Inspects structure to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure resulting from installation of pipe if applicable.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to work in high, precarious places; outdoor weather conditions and vibration. You will need- valid driver license, ability to work flexible hours including some weekends, and pass drug screen and criminal background check.

We need these areas covered: Glendale, Pasadena, San Gabriel, and South Los Angeles.
Base pay plus incentive bonus.
