Job Description:
- Associates should have atleast 8 to 10 years of total IT experience working on large and complex development/ Production Support projects.
- Should have hands-on experience in Java Microservices, API.
- Should have very good Solution Mindset and should be able to articulate the RCA for any failures.
- Should be very good in communication and work in multi vendor work environment.
- Associates having experience in Telecom Network Elements will be added advantage.
- Experience in server management for on-prem and Oracle Cloud Interface (OCI) servers.
- Proficient in Shell script.
- Able to interpret system alerts by analyzing logs.
- Experience in ServiceNow and Jira for ticketing tool.
- Java Springboot, Oracle DB, Unix Shell script, PL/SQL, Oracle Cloud Interface.
