Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in core Java and J2EE web application development.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Proficiency with JBOSS 4 or 5, including JSF/Seam/JBPM.
- Familiarity with the Java Enterprise stack, including EJB, JPA, and JSF.
- Experience with Hibernate or other ORM technology.
- Expertise in Actimize AML platform, integrating AI, machine learning, domain expertise, and robotic process automation (RPA) to modernize KYC AML programs.
- Knowledge of Actimize Suite (IFM, WLF, SAM, CDD, AIS/UDM) on SQL Server, Tomcat, AIS Server environments.
- Understanding of AIS/UDM concepts and Actimize models.
- Proficient in dependency injection frameworks.
- Strong SQL knowledge and development skills across various RDBMS platforms.
- Front-end development experience with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Ant.
- Solid experience in unit testing.
- Proven ability to work independently in designing, developing, and delivering solutions.
- Academic background: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a quantitative field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
