**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide expert guidance on cannabis products, making informed recommendations to patients and customers.

2. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.

3. Demonstrate excellent salesmanship and customer service skills.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.

5. Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.

**Requirements:**

1. Minimum 1 year of prior budtending experience or substantial customer service experience in a related field (retail, coffee shops & food service encouraged to apply).

2. Ability to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week!

3. OPEN AVAILABILITY - we are not hiring anyone who has schedule restraints at this time!

4. Prior experience handling cash transactions.

5. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.

6. Comfortable working with a computer for the duration of the shift.

7. Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.

8. High School Diploma/ GED required.

9. Extensive knowledge of cannabis products and brands preferred.

10. Willingness to learn and self-educate about new cannabis trends and products.

11. Able to explain different consumption methods to customers.

12. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

13. Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.

14. Basic math skills and computer knowledge required.

15. Familiarity or comfort in learning a POS system or new software.
