Japanese Restaurant Server

Japanese restaurant is seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team at . As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation

- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues promptly

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role at Japanese restaurant required.

- Knowledge of culinary terms and restaurant procedures is a plus

- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices

- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently when necessary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
