This position requires frequent interaction with the residents who live in luxury residential community, so candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Clean and supply restrooms
• Remove waste and empty trash
• Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Organize janitorial storage areas
• Maintain minor and routine painting
• Setup, clean tables and chairs to prepare for Clubhouse events
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance
• Maintain exterior of building to present a professional appearance. This includes the front, side and yard.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
• Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations
• Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism
• Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to work weekends
