Salary``` Duties: - Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash and recycling bins - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms - Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and stripping floors - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs Qualifications: - Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed - Excellent communication skills Note: This is a general description of duties and qualifications for the position of Janitor.
