Janitorial Technician

We are looking for a few people who would like a opportunity to join a growing business. Janitorial experience is a plus however we are willing to train the right person. You will be doing general cleaning, VCT/concrete and tile spot mopping and/or scrubber cleaning, bathroom cleaning, equipment maintenance, moving tables, stack and cart chairs, set-up and breakdown for events and monitor cleaning supplies. You will have opportunities to learn how to use our Chem Dry equipment from time to time under the supervision of a certified technician. Most of our work is night time(10pm to approx. 2am) but there will also be early afternoon times(2 to 3:30) and hours required will be variable but you will have about a 3 day advance notice. When scheduled, you are guarantied a minimum of 2 hours pay for the day even though the work required ends up being less than 2 hours. You must be willing to go through a background check and must submit a driver's license abstract. You must have your own car or other reliable means of transportation to get to the work site.
All interviews are in person and applicants to fill out I-9 form and our employment application.

Please bring appropriate documents(examples: drivers license and SS card) needed for the I-9 form(Employment Eligibility Verification - DHS). A drivers license abstract would be good to have as well or you can submit one at the time if we decided to hire you. You will also be filling out our employment forms prior to the interview that we will do with you.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
