Summary: As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will support the Janitorial Manager and/or Facilities Director in providing excellent cleaning services in the management of janitorial services for our clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring excellent service to on-site clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises Janitorial staff and oversees all second shift cleaners and cleaning duties while ensuring all areas of responsibility have been cleaned.
- Specialty cleanroom cleaning (GMP)
- Performs conference room setups as required.
- Ensures coverage of all cleaning areas and tasks are performed adjusting.
- Communicates between various shifts to ensure applicable completion of tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Janitorial supervisory, and/or professional housekeeping experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with soft services including janitorial experience.
- Experience operating janitorial equipment including, but not limited to auto scrubber, carpet extractor, floor machines preferred.
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
