NEEDED - Evening Cleaning Staff

We are looking for commercial cleaners to take care of our building and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a janitor
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Must be able to pass Background check

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND TEST

Mon - Fri 4 hours per night

Estamos buscando limpiadores comerciales para cuidar nuestro edificio y realizar tareas de limpieza. El objetivo es mantener nuestro edificio en condiciones limpias y ordenadas.

Responsabilidades

Limpie y suministre las áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, aspirar, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.) Llevar a cabo tareas de limpieza y proyectos especiales según sea necesario. Notificar a la gerencia sobre las deficiencias que se produzcan o las necesidades de reparación. Abastecer y mantener salas de suministro Cooperar con el resto del personal. Siga todas las normas de salud y seguridad. Habilidades

Experiencia laboral comprobable como conserje Habilidad para manejar equipos y maquinaria de limpieza. Conocimiento de productos químicos y suministros de limpieza. Familiaridad con las hojas de datos de seguridad de materiales Integridad y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente. Debe poder pasar la verificación de antecedentes

DEBE SER CAPAZ DE PASAR LA PRUEBA DE ANTECEDENTES

Lun - Vie 4 horas por noche

• 4 hour shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
