Title: Janitorial Floor Technicians
Pay Rate: $17.00
Hours and Days: Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Locations: Mt. Pleasant, SC
Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Will be required to do lifting throughout the shift including moving and lifting equipment.
Position Responsibilities: Include any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned the by Supervisor.

• Knowledge of operating a propane buffer, super stripper, low speed, electric buffer carpet extractor, and automatic scrubber a PLUS but not required.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Operates various types of equipment and machinery, which include wet vacuums, hand trucks, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, floor buffers, automatic scrubbers, etc.
• Sweeping floors, top scrubbing and buffing of floors
