- High problem solving skills and foresight
- Knowledge of cleaning, including, but not limited to: chemicals, processes and procedures, technology, systems, trash removal; dusting; cleaning bathrooms, utility room; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; buffing floors; stripping and waxing floors; stone care; carpet cleaning; carpet spotting; upholstery cleaning; window cleaning and knowledge of construction environments a plus.

- Responsible for scheduling staff.
- Responsible for Inspections.
- Responsible for Training and curriculum change and development
- Must assist and warehouse organization and maintenance and inventory management.
- Knowledge of identifying surfaces and making recommendations for proper cleaning methods
- Experienced at managing personnel and staff
- Knowledge of systems and equipment for cleaning
- Must have a proven record of industry experience in commercial cleaning or some equivalent
- Ability to perform cleaning and floor tasks if needed and ability to train staff.
- Must have demonstrated dependability

- Must have flexibility in schedule to manage working rotating shifts when necessary.

- Work truck is available with good driving record.
Responsibilities:
- Stay within budgeted hours or save budgeted hours
- Must be punctual
- Ability to research, and implement new technologies and best practices
- Report to owner and implement vision of CEO
- Implement and follow company policy
- Responsible for specified locations and employees working in those locations.
- Responsible for operational activity: planning, directing, organizing and controlling productivity
- Schedule work and provide overall servicing
- Manage equipment, supplies and tools for each job and inventory
- Oversee organization of company warehouse and inventory
- Screen and hire job applicants, interview job applicants, and perform orientations.
- Flexible evening schedule a must
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

Experience:
- vehicle ownership: 1 year (Preferred)
- Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)
- Floor Care: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- cleaner's education (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
