District Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee our commercial cleaning operations. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple locations, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, and leading a team of custodial staff. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise multiple commercial cleaning locations within the assigned district
- Ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train and mentor custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and develop customized solutions
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate orders as needed
- Provide regular reports on operational performance, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning management
- Strong knowledge of custodial operations, including floor care, buffing, and facilities maintenance
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using computer software for reporting and data analysis

Pay: $39,104.37 - $47,093.43 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
