Janitorial Custodian

We are seeking a Janitorial/Sanitation Custodian to join our team! At Alee we strive to provide the best quality in commercial cleaning solutions. We are looking for someone to help us deliver that quality, value, and peace of mind to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment with an alternating on call schedule.

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs

Perform routine maintenance tasks

Be prepared during on call time to respond to dispatch

Apply disinfecting/sanitation solution with electrostatic equipment

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills
