Jacuzzi Customer Care Operator

Job Description:

BathWorks is looking to hire motivated, personable, energetic individuals for our expanding Customer Care Department. Our company, Bathworks of Michigan is West Michigan's leading premier bathroom replacement company. Our mission is to "Create smiles, one home at a time". The main role for our Customer Care team is to keep our customers smiling.

We are seeking highly motivated Customer Care Operators that are driven and want to make an above-average income for an expanding role. You will be able to spend time helping our clients along their customer journey. Every day on the job will bring new exciting tasks as you welcome customers to the BathWorks family, keeping customers excited, updated, and prepped for their customer journey.

This is an on-site role for the person who wants to grow their career and their income with an established and well known company. We offer a dynamic, upbeat environment within the moment coaching, to ensure our team can keep up with the high volume of our flourishing customer base.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
