Job Description: IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN BOUTIQUE SALES ASSOCIATE - Luxury Timepieces (Located inside the Mall at Greenhills - Nashville, TN)

We are looking for initiative-taking individuals with proven selling abilities, combined with an extensive experience in the Luxury Timepieces industry.
IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN BOTIQUE SALES ASSOCIATE will support the Store Manager in meeting and exceeding sales targets and will elevate King Jewelers’ IWC boutique experience. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, attentive and inspiring Sales Associate who builds relationships with internal and external clients while providing unsurpassed client service.
Job Requirements
Performance
- Achieve and exceed sales target, product category sales targets, and relevant KPIs.
- Cultivate new and existing clients.
- Play an active role on the sales floor and develop client relationships.
- Drive business through key product knowledge pillars and KPIs.
Merchandising and Hospitality:
- Ensure all Visual Merchandising policies and standards are maintained at all times, with the utmost care for product.
- Optimize hospitality and boutique amenities to create a unique client experience.
Events:
- Work special events and experiences as determined by the Store Manager.
- Invite qualified clientele to special events and experiences.
CRM Usage:
- Ensure all CRM data is consistently collected and updated for maximum brand and client development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail store experience in watches
- Proven history in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and penetration in the market.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, CRM and Point of Sales (POS) system.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
