Position Overview: Our ideal candidate shall have a dynamic personality and be sales goal oriented with passion for helping others reach their goals. Must have high energy and burning desire for overall wellness and recovery. The Cryotherapy/IV Infusionist administers a variety of services within the center. We are looking for a hands-on Registered Nurse who will be responsible for administering the IV Therapy services for our guests. This employee will also assist with sales of other services in our center. They must possess thorough knowledge of services as well as safety protocols. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively explain the products and services to guests and conduct the required medical procedures. This individual shall be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment while creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

The IV Infusionist is directly responsible for achieving sales goals through exceptional guest service, supporting marketing at community events. The IV Infusionist will also be responsible for continuing their education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.

The Registered Nurse should be action oriented, sales driven, ambitious, customer service driven, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal oriented. This person will work with the Center Manager to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. Job duties include controlling inventory, merchandise and supplies.

Qualifications:

Medical Knowledge:

· Registered Nurse

· CPR/AED for Healthcare Provider certification.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work part-time or full-time, flexible hours 10-40 hours per week including evenings and weekends based on schedule agreed upon.
• Available to work Center hours within these days and times: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am 7:00pm; Sunday, 10:00am-4:00pm. We will work with each RN to try to accommodate preferred schedule.

• Ability to connect with guests and serve them the appropriate IV drip for their age, condition and goals.

• Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors and guests.

Essential Functions:

• Perform services while educating individuals on the benefits and safety of services.

• Experience taking vital signs and using intravenous catheter with aseptic technique.

• Must possess a current and valid State of Texas Registered Nursing License.

• Must possess a current CPR/AED for Healthcare Provider certification.
• Promote and sell lifestyle passes and other services and products.

• Meet sales goals individually while also participating in team goals.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the center.

• Ensure medical and procedural protocols are followed.

• Assist in all areas of center operation as requested by management.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, upscale organization.
• Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong customer service skills, motivated and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers and customers.
• Mathematical skills to accurately compute and complete required IV functions.
• Understanding of sales goals and operations processes
• Computer knowledge including, but not limited to, point-of-sale system, intranet, Microsoft office, and scheduling systems.
