We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers at our Italian restaurant . As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our customers. Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly

- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests

- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest services

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately

- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is advantageous
