We are hiring for our Cultivation Facility in the Los Angeles area looking for Indoor Cultivators to add to our team. Applicants must be able to work weekends and evenings. Our facility is a fast paced environment that requires focus and attention to detail.
Applicants will be following our Procedures in all aspects of growing.
Applicants must have 2 years experience growing in a Commercial Cultivation Facility. *
Applicants must have 2 years experience growing in Rockwool. *
Applicants must have experience working in an LED Cultivation facility. *
Required experience:
Defoliating / Pruning / Topping
Foliar
Mixing Nutrient Tanks
Caring for vegetative plants
Caring for Flowering plants
Identifying and correcting Issues with plant health
Identifying and eliminating Pests
Identifying and eliminating Powdery Mildew
Irrigation Strategies
Drybacks
Irrigation installation and repair
Environmental parameters for different stages of plant growth
Integrated Pest Management
Programming Lighting Controllers
Programming Irrigation Controllers
Grow room Equipment General Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Two Tier LED Growing
Netaflex Injection system
Aroya Crop Steering
Rockwool 4x4 and 36in Slab
IPM Knowledge with certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Los Angeles, CA 90023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
