Looking for an exciting career opportunity in the information technology field? Look no further than the Leidos Digital Modernization sector! We are seeking a talented IT User Accounts Analyst to join our team on the AFNCR IT Services program at The Pentagon.

As an IT User Accounts Analyst you'll be part of a team that is qualified and motivated to manage and implement approximately 18,000 routine requirements per year. Routine requirements project team manage installations, moves, adds, changes, and upgrades. Upon receiving approval from the 844 CG personnel will quickly assign these requirements to account maintenance and desktop support staff whose teams are built to complete implementation of the planned routine requirements workload within 3 business days.

Working alongside a team of network administrators/engineers, you will collaborate to implement, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot systems accounts in accordance with organizational and/or DoD network policies, procedures, and standards. You will report progress to the site lead and stakeholders via Remedy ticketing system and/or Weekly reports.

The Challenge:

  • Support PCC Technical Specialists, handling escalated client tickets in the Remedy system when required.

  • Provide NIPR and SIPR User account management.

  • Record and track routine requirements in the EITSM, which provides email updates to customers when there is a change in status or an update on a requirement.

  • Resolve VIP account maintenance requests and inquiries

  • Maintain ticket management reporting common issues to upper management

  • Provide orientation and guidance to users and other technicians .

  • Manage and prioritize a wide variety of issues and requests.

  • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

  • Work with department leaders implementing new software and hardware technologies.

  • Provide discrepancies report discovered during analysis to management.

  • Resolve unclear problems and issues related to account creation, deletion, and modifications while keeping upper management inform of all actions taken.

  • Continuously review and update the service catalog, evaluate requirements, and make solution-based recommendations to customers to enhance mission capability.

  • Provide Exchange online Email set up.

  • Provide Level1-Level3 Tech Support (remotely).

  • Troubleshoot and provide excellent customer service support to our end users for questions, problems or issues related to computer accounts.

  • Conduct Server and email migrations.


What Sets You Apart:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Understanding of MS Active Directory.

  • Basic understanding of NIPR and SIPR account creation.

  • Working knowledge of modern internet security and data privacy principles.

  • Exposure to hardware platforms and software applications, Microsoft Office application and OneDrive.

  • Ability to work independently in a high volume environment.

  • Currently possess an 8570 IAT level II certification example CompTIA Security+ce certification.

  • Experience with Active Directory (Asset Management, account management, security groups, group policy configurations, distro list, org boxes)

  • Ability to create Powershell Scripts.

  • Currently possess an active DoD Secret security clearance or higher.

  • Military experience and comfortable working with Senior Military Leaders.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable discussing technical information with users and other support personnel.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and IT concepts.

  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as an integral member of a team.

Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00
