Overview
Delaware Nation Investments is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill multiple positions on for the upcoming Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3. Positions are located at multiple locations in and outside of the United States.
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Program is to provide USSOCOM with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain uninterrupted IT functionality across the globe. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user.
Responsibilities
Candidates for the instructor/trainer position require a combination of in-depth subject-matter expertise and excellent communication and presentation skills. They must be able to explain difficult technical material clearly and patiently to students that have varying levels of proficiency. Candidates should be outgoing and comfortable working with diverse groups of people while maintaining professionalism at all times.

- Determine training objectives and develop course curriculum
- Create course materials, handouts, instructional aids, and similar teaching aids
- Conducting classroom training
- Testing and evaluating student performance
Qualifications
- Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
- Security+ or equivalent certification
- Bachelor degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 Years of Experience
- Microsoft Certified Trainer Preferred
