It Tech Support

Summary: Seeking an IT Tech Support professional with robust computer literacy and experience in digital technology program environments.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field.

• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Active Directory, Windows OS (95/XP/7/10), MS-DOS and Linux (CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise, Ubuntu).

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sustaining and implementation activities in unclassified Digital Technology Program Work Environments to support DFARS Lab Compliance initiatives.

• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide deliverables for System Security Plans.

• Achieve Authorization to Operate following cyber security processes.

• Lead the implementation of DT technical security controls for DFARS compliance.

• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of small/medium-sized compute environments isolated from the production network.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Webex.

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

• The role is onsite.

 

Pay: 20-27

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
